      How to request a price match

• Submit all price requests prior to ordering to rdrake@sigmacycle for review.
• Requests should include the link to the web site offering the off-list price. Please include your name and phone number.
• We will reveiw your request and contact you either by phone or e-mail.

      Eligibility

• Price match only applies to authorized U.S. Dealers. Product must be new, in stock and identical in every aspect, size, color, model, style, year, etc. All cost associated with the sale price of an item, such as shipping and handling, will be included in the comparison of price.
• Items that are not in stock, backordered, clearance, closeout, damaged, demo, old stock, auction items, items that are free or a part of a promotion, coupon discounts and factory seconds are not included in our price match.
• We will not price match any verbal quotes or prices that are not published and directly verifiable.

 

 

Shipping Policy:

Sigma Cycle only ships to the continental United States through the online store - Requests for International Shipping must be made via e-mail.

• We offer FREE shipping on orders over $250
• Orders that total between $150 and $250 ship for only $10
• Orders under $150 ship for only $20
• Some items may not be eligible for free shipping and will include the additional shipping charges in the product description.
• Our shipping policy can change at anytime without notice.

      

 

Return Policy:

Sigma Cycle offers a no hassle return policy

• All returns and exchanges must have an (RA#) return authorization number. Please contact Sigma Cycle to receive an RA#. Please write the RA# on the outside of the package. All returns that are not marked with an RA# will be refused.
• No Cash refunds. Items may be returned for an in store credit for the price of the item, minus shipping costs and re-stocking fees.
• All returns are subject to a minimum $10.00 or 20% re-stocking fee.
• Exchanges will be issued on a case by case basis. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with the exchange.
• Items must be returned within seven days of receiving your product.
• All returns must be unused, in original packaging along with original invoice.
• Garments may be exchanged for different sizes only.
• All returns and exhcanges are at the sole discretion of Sigma Cycle.

 

 

Warranty Policy:

• All warranty claims must be handled through the product manufacturer and are subject to their policies and discretion.
• Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer.
• We do not warranty the items we sell. The manufacturers supply their own warranties.
